The Grinding and Turning post: Explicit Instructions on how to get some great skate product for FREE unfortunately only available to humans located inside the boundaries of the U.S. of A.

By combining African sculpture and western portraiture Pablo Picasso  altered our ideas about art. I am not asking you to change the world with the stroke of your pen but I do enjoy laughing and thinking about shit. So! In association with ZERO and THUNDER TRUCKS I bring you THE GREAT GRINDING AND TURNING ART CONTEST PRODUCT GIVEAWAY.

Grinding and Turning is the theme. Lot’s of things on this planet do just that. Picasso led the charge, all I’m asking is for someone out there to pick up Pablo’s torch and shine a little light into our lives. Sculpt, make a photo montage or a shitty illustration, whatever floats your boat really, as long as you are backing the idea technique is secondary. That said I do appreciate nice penmanship and an eye for good composition and whatnot.

When You feel you have something beautiful/funny/thought-provoking/dumb/entertaining or something along those lines SHARE IT TO THE ZERO FACEBOOK WALL!!!!!!!!!!! If you don’t know how to do that it’s time to visit your local library and learn.

  1. John, it is my contest entry I posted it on the zero wall in the comment section of your contest video but posted it here as well. Please check to see if it was posted on the zero wall for me it was the first comment . Thanks

  2. Is the lack a decent quality due to the fact it's only "American" based ?

I mean the Scottish have been known to create some amazing items that would surely blow the minds of many !

    1. Hello Gilky Pirate, Quality wasn't really the problem it was much more of a quantity issue. Meaning in 2 weeks we got 1 submission. There's some good stuff rolling in since this post went up. It does sadden me that fiscal austerity has limited the potential prize allocation to within the U.S. It's a decision based on financial data collected in spreadsheets as far as I can tell, perhaps we can hold Bill Gates responsible?Sent from wherever

    1. Hello Damian,
It was November 4th but given the poor, poor response this contest got the chances are it will be extended for an extra week or at least until we get some decent entries.
